No, and the distinction matters. Sukha Soleil is a private residential estate for men and women from the age of fifty. Your own villa, your own butler-concierge, your own rhythm. A dedicated care team is available when, and only when, you want it. The estate serves residents into their eighties and beyond, but ageing is not its subject. Living well is.
Five residents only, individuals or couples. The villa you choose bears your family name forever. The Legacy rate is USD 400 per day. Once the five are taken, the standard rate applies, USD 500 per day.
The rate is the same. One villa, maximum two residents. Spouse, sibling, or lifelong friend, all welcomed.
Visitors stay in the estate's separate Family Villas at preferential resident rates.
A ninety-day satisfaction commitment. If Sukha Soleil is not the right fit within the first ninety days, the remaining annual payment is returned, less administrative and early checkout charges. Set out clearly in the residency agreement.
