We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone for Sukha! As of October 1st, 2024, we have finalized the commercial terms for our highly anticipated project in Vietnam. This exciting venture will be a joint venture partnership with a local developer, combining their expertise and investment to bring our vision of senior living to life.
Phase 1: A New Era of Senior Living in Vietnam
The first phase of the project will focus on transforming 7 villas into a premium senior living facility. This will include a dedicated senior daycare center, providing high-quality care and services to seniors. The development will be located within a multigenerational estate that will also feature a preschool and child care facilities, as well as a sports complex complete with a swimming pool. This holistic approach ensures that our residents will enjoy not only a premium living experience but also a community designed for all generations to thrive together.
Setting the Standard for Senior Living in Vietnam
Located in the heart of Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh, this project marks an important step for Sukha as we become the first community-focused senior living facility in Vietnam.
